Please read these disclosures before requesting services. They explain what JBW may do, what it does not do, and how a scope-based support relationship is established.

JBW — Justice Beyond Walls LLC is not a law firm. JBW does not provide attorney representation, legal advice, or legal counsel; does not enter appearances or appear in court as counsel; and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications with JBW are not protected by attorney-client privilege unless a separate relationship with a licensed attorney expressly provides otherwise.

JBW may provide permissible paralegal support, legal research, case-law research, document preparation, records organization/retrieval support, BOP administrative assistance, and related lawful services, subject to applicable law and jurisdiction. JBW does not guarantee filing acceptance, relief, release, a sentence change, a favorable decision, or any other outcome.

Services are only provided under an agreed written scope. The client remains responsible for reviewing all work product, deciding whether and how to use it, obtaining attorney advice where needed, and meeting all court, BOP, agency, and other deadlines unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Quotes apply to the individual work product identified in the quote unless a written agreement states otherwise. Federal matters may require greater review and research, and third-party or out-of-pocket costs may be separate. Fees are generally nonrefundable once work has begun or as specified by signed agreement, subject to applicable law and non-waivable consumer rights.

JBW requests only materials relevant to the approved scope. Do not transmit a complete case file through ordinary email or this website. This site does not claim a security certification or public secure-file portal. Payment by a third party does not authorize disclosure of the service recipient’s information. JBW’s public communication process will be updated when a verified custom-domain mailbox is available.

JBW’s electronic service-agreement workflow is pending review and activation. When active, it will identify the scope, exact work product, fees, expenses, payment terms, cancellation/refund terms, records responsibilities, communications authorization, deadlines, disclosures, and limitations. No e-signature provider is currently integrated through this site.
