Document submission follows a reviewed scope—not an open inbox.
JBW does not currently offer a public file-upload portal. Do not transmit a full case file through ordinary email or this website. After intake and scope review, JBW provides document-submission instructions appropriate to the approved project.
Prepare, don’t send yet
Gather the records that may be relevant.
For an approved request, JBW may ask for selected records—not every document you possess. Keep originals, label files clearly, and follow the document instructions supplied after scope confirmation.

- PSRs and sentencing materials
- Plea agreements
- Transcripts
- BOP records and remedy materials
- Docket materials and prior filings

This site does not claim secure upload certification or offer a live document-transmission feature. JBW will not ask you to rely only on ordinary email for a full case file.
Share only what you are authorized to share.
Do not send materials belonging to another person unless you have authority to do so. JBW may decline material that is outside an approved scope.
Deadlines remain your responsibility.
Document transmission does not extend or protect any court, BOP, or other deadline. Seek immediate guidance from a licensed attorney for urgent legal advice or filing deadlines.
